We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketers outside the SMP adviser network.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services, and subsequently for up to 6 years as required by FCA rules and UK financial services regulations. After this period, your data is securely deleted.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses the following:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and build audiences for retargeting. This may track anonymous page views and interactions.
• Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. to remember if you have already seen our callback form).
